Hooked Foods is a startup developing healthy plant-based proteins sold across 500+ stores and restaurants in Sweden with the mission to transform proteins for healthier people and planet. We are now looking for Business Development Interns to join us in driving the growth of Hooked!
Role: As a Business Development Intern at Hooked Foods, you will work closely with our CEO & Founder in Stockholm to gain hands-on experience in FMCG sales in grocery and restaurants. You will engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to our business growth alongside marketing. You will get practical as well as strategical experience on how to lock new B2B customers and grow the sales with full trust, responsibility and accountability. This role is a part-time role ideally suited to complement your university studies, offering flexibility in terms of working hours and remote. You will get support and guidance and learning by doing real sales while collaborating closely with the founders and CEO of Hooked. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to expand Hooked’s market presence.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and drive sales growth. This includes grocery stores and restaurants.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the FMCG sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns to grow sales.
- Meet and make deals with stakeholders at customers to grow distribution.
- Analyze and learn what works and grows the business.
Qualifications: Who you are
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience or a strong interest in a sales role, preferably within FMCG.
- Eagerness and passion to learn and develop your sales expertise.
- Strong social and Swedish communication skills.
- Drivers License
- Passion for sustainable food solutions and business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with meaningful responsibility and comfortable in learning by doing.
- Preferably studying or just completed university studies.
